RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO
UTILITIES AGREEMENT NO. 10251 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has examined
Amendment to Utilities Agreement No. 10251 between the City of Redlands
and the Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, of the State of
California;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED-.
That the City Council of the City of Redlands approves said
.Amendment to Utilities Agreement No. 10251.;
That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is authorized to sign
and execute said amendment and the City Clerk shall attest it.
