RESOLUTION CONCERNING UTILITIES AGREEMENT NO, 1.02511-E WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNI&
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has examined
Utilities Agreement No. 10251-E between the City of Redlands and the Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, of the State of California;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEW
That the City Counzil of the City of Redlands approves said
Utilities Agreement W 10251-A
That the Nhym of the City of Redlands is authorized to sign
and execute said agreement and the City Clerk shall attest it.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this day of 1961.
