RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING UTILITIES
AGREEKENT NO. 10693-D WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has examined
Utilities Agreement No. 10693-D between the City of Redlands and the
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, of the State of
California;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of Redlands approves said
Utilities Agreement No. 10693-D;
That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is authorized to sign and
execute said agreement and the City Clerk shall attest it.
