A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS CONCERNING UTILITIES AGREEMENT
NO. 10251 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ViEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has examined
Utilities Agreement Noo 10251 between the City and the Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, of the State of California;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of Redlands approves said
Utilities Agreement No, 10251 and
That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is authorized to sign and
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redlands.
