RESOLUTION APPROVING UTILITIES AGREEMENT NO. 10693®C WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION.
WHEREAS, Utilities Agreement No. 10693-C with the State of California.,
Department of Public Works,, Division of Highways, concerns the relocation of
water facilities of the City of Redlands to provide a right of way for con-
struction on Road VIII - SBd - Aq Rld. between South E Street and Colton
Avenuej and
WHEREAS., the facility effected by said agreement is the 2-inch water main
in Nevada Street which will be lowered to permit the construction of a box
culvert in accordance with proper engineering and grading standards; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has examined said agreement and approves its
provisions and purpose;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
SECTION 1. That Utilities Agreement No. 10693-C is hereby approved
by this City Council,
SECTION 2. That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is authorized
to execute said agreement with the State of California.
SECTION 3o That a copy of this Resolution shall be attached to the
executed agreement and sent to the Division of Highways of this State at
the office of District VIII in San Bernardino, California,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of May,, 1961.
