HomeMy WebLinkAbout4227_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 4227 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE UTILITY EASEMENTS AS RETAINED IN SECTION THREE OF RESOLUTION NO. 3259 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as follows: SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3 , Chapter 2, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California and to vacate utility easements within a certain street in the manner provided therein. SECTION TWO: The City Council does hereby declare its intention to order the vacation of utility easements within Fourth Street as retained in Section Three of Resolution No. 3259. SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the utility easements are no longer necessary; therefore the vacation of said easements are not required by public interest, convenience, safety and welfare. SECTION FOUR: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date and place of Public Hearing on the utility easements at 7 :00 P.M. on the 17th day of March, 1987 , in the regular meeting place of the City Council, Redlands, California ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of March, 1987.
