RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE UTILITY EASEMENTS AS
RETAINED IN SECTION THREE OF RESOLUTION NO. 3259
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as
follows:
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands
hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9,
Part 3 , Chapter 2, of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California and to vacate utility easements within a
certain street in the manner provided therein.
SECTION TWO: The City Council does hereby declare its
intention to order the vacation of utility easements within
Fourth Street as retained in Section Three of Resolution No.
3259.
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that
the utility easements are no longer necessary; therefore the
vacation of said easements are not required by public
interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
SECTION FOUR: The City Council hereby fixes the time
and date and place of Public Hearing on the utility easements
at 7 :00 P.M. on the 17th day of March, 1987 , in the regular
meeting place of the City Council, Redlands, California
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of March,
1987.

City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day
of March, 1987 , by the following vote:
