HomeMy WebLinkAbout4094_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 4094 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as follows: SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9 , Part 3 , Chapter 2, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California and to vacate a drainage easement in the manner provided therein. SECTION TWO: The City Council does hereby declare its intention to order the vacation of the drainage easement as shown on Parcel Map No. 5763 recorded in Book 59 of Parcel Maps, Pages 9 and 10, in the Office of the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: The west fifteen (15) feet and the south twenty (20) feet of Lot I and the west fifteen ( 15) feet of Lots 7 through 16 inclusive and Lots 27 through 34 inclusive of said Parcel Map. SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the drainage easement is excess right--of-way; therefore vacation of the drainage easement described above may be required by public interest, convenience, safety and welfare. SECTION FOUR: The map setting the particulars of the proposed vacation of the drainage easement shall be on file in the office of the Department of Public Works and available for inspection by persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation. SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date and place of Public Hearing on the vacation of the drainage easement at 7 :00 P.M. on the 3rd day of September, 1985 , in the regular meeting place of the City Council , Redlands, California.
