BE rr IMOLVED by the Mayor and the Council of the City of Redlands as
follows, to Wit:
M,CTICK 1. That the public interast., convenience and necessity require the
acqt.zia-ition by the City of Redlands., a political subdivision of the $tate of, California,
of the following parcels of real proporty in fee simple situated in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, more particularly described
as follovaq,, to wit;
"PARCEL 1: Lots 2, 31 41 50 6 and 7. Park Addition, ua shown ort map
recorded in Book 15., Page 61 of Maps, records of San Bernardino County,
PARCEL II: Lots 1 to 12,, inclusive, in Block A of the 3ubdivision of
Block 28 cf Redlands' Second Preliidnary Map., as shown on map recorded in.
Book 4, Page 2. of maps, records of San Bernardino County.
UCTION 2. IE IT FURTWIL RESQUIZ that said land is necessary and required
for public use of the City of Redlands, to wit:
For the construction, operation, maintenance and use for off-atreet parking
in corviection with the format a. and development of Vehicle Farkikz

directed to coiimnce proceedings in eminent doniin against the mner,5 of said parcels
