That 100�o of all parking revenues developed within the die tri ct be allocated to the Parking, District rl=ber One for the retirement of bonda or cash aasasgments and future expansion of facilities, and that the City eetablish collection procedures which will provide for separate accounting of these funds. 2. That 59/o of these revenues be sized for bond retirement or repaying cash assessments and 50;' for future papking facilities expansion." WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of September# 1958, notices of the amounts of assessments ac.,ainst properties within Redlands VeLiole Parking District No. 1 were reeorded in the Recorder's office of San Bernardino County; BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEDt 1. That the date for the division of net ravenues from parking meteda within Redlands Vehicle Par-king District No, 1, for the purpose of reimibusements and parking lot expansion, shall be the I day of September? 1958* 2.
