RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS , CALIFORNIA, CON-
CERNING CITY CONTRIBUTION IN CONNECTION WITH VEHICLE PARKING DISTRICT.
(VEHICLE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1)
WHEREAS , by Ordinance No . 1028, as amended by Ordinance No . 1102 ,
this City Council established the boundaries of Vehicle Parking District
No . I of the City of Redlands , and ordered the acquisition and improve-
ment of certain parking places for said district ; and
WHEREAS , this City Council has heretofore determined by Resolution
No. 969 that the public interest and necessity require such acquisition and
improvement and ordered that the sum of $80, 000 shall be contributed by
the City to pay a portion of the costs and expenses of such acquisition
and improvements ;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Redlands , California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows :
Section 1 . That said amount appropriated from moneys in the Parking
Meter Fund of said city (except such portion thereof as has already been
advanced and expended by said city toward the making of such acquisitions
and improvements ) shall be designated "Acquisition and Improvement
Reserve for Vehicle Parking District No. 1 . 11
