RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADVANCE OF FUNDS FOR ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY FOR
USE AS PARKING PLACES IN REDLANDS ItERICLE PARKING DISTRICT NO, 1.
WHEREAS,, The Streets and Highways Code of the State of California provides
that after the amount required for the acquisition of property for parking places
has been fixed by interlocutory judgment, the legislative body may advance out of
the general fund or any other available funds such amount as may be necessary
to acquire such property, to satisfy the interlocutory judgment; and
WHEREAS, any such advance shalt be repaid from the first moneys available
from the sale of bonds pursuant to the Vehicle Parking District Law of 1943; and
WHEREAS , amounts required for the acquisition of property for parking places
in the Redlands Vehicle Parking District Nos i have been fixed by interlocutory
judgment and an advance of $60,000 is necessary to satisfy the interlocutory
judgment;
THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED,
1. That $609000 shall be advanced from the Sewer Rental Fund to the Vehicle
Parking District No. I Improvement Fund to satisfy interlocutory judgments fixing
the amounts required for the acquisition of property for parking places,.
2. That the WROUO so advanced shall be repaid to the Sewer Rental Fund
:from the first moneys available from the sale of bonds pursuant to the Vehicle
Parking District Law of 1943,
