RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Norco Naval Hospital at
Corona, California be used as a rehabilitation center for narcotics
addicts;
WHEREAS, the facility is better suited for use as a veteran's facility,
providing hospital care and other accomodations for veterans;
THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved:
1. That this City Council approves the conversion of the
Norco Naval Hospital into such a veteranfs facility and opposes its
use as a rehabilitation center for narcotics addicts,
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded representives
of San Bernardino County in the Federal and State legislative
bodies.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 16th day of May, 1961,
