HESOLUT%ON Or'- THS' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS CONCERNING
METHODS OP DRAWING WARHAPTO AND CHECKS.
WHEREAS, the Citi-Council of the City of Redlands is
authorized to prescribe, mejhqds,._ of drawinj warrants and checks
to allow demands or approve regif ter, of audited demands as
provided in Sect, oW 3063 of the Goverpment Code of the State v
of California.
DE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That warrants and checks of the City of Redlands
to pay for materials and services shall be drawn by requiring
the facsimile signature of a municipal officer who has executed
an official bond to the city covering, the faithful performance
by said officer of the duties of his office.
2. That the showing of the source of funds or fund
distribution on the face of warrants and checks shall no longer
be required.
