A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT COVERING THE EXISTENCE OF A WATER
LINE THROUGH ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RTGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands has a 12-inch water line through
the ALCKSOn, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company right-of-way
at the intersection of Mountain View Avenue and Lugonia Avenue
(Crossing No. 2U-5. 2) ; and
WHEREAS, the existence of this water line is necessary for the
proper operation of the domestic water system; and
WKEREAS, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa. Fe Railway Company has
prepared an agreement authorizing the existence of this line;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands does hereby approve this agreement and
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to sign said agreement
on behalf of the City.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of November
1969.
