RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF MATER AND SEWERAGE SERVICE
WESTERLY OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
WHEREAS, the orderly development of the City of Redlands, and proper and
efficient municipal services for land uses on territory adjacent to the boundaries
of said city, require the extension of adequate utilities in a westerly
direction;
WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the public interest to extend water and
sewerage utilities to provide service westerly of the city limits to properly
develop such additional areas an Annexation District No. 140
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
Section 1. That this City Council hereby provides that water utility main
extensions shall be made in the locations; directions: sizes and dimensions
shown on the map designated as Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incor-
porated herein as a part of this resolution.
Section 2. That this City Council hereby provides that sewerage utility main
extensions shall be made in the locations; directions; sizes and dimensions shown
on the map designated as Exhibit "B" which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein as part of this resolution.
Section 3. That this City Council hereby provides that water and sewerage
service shall be furnished to all owners; developers, and subdividers of lands
shown on Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B".
Section 4. That the territory shown on Exhibit "A" is hereby established as a
water service area of the City of Redlands, having facilities as located on said
exhibit.
Section 5. That the territory shown on Exhibit "B" is hereby established
as a sewerage service area of the City of Redlands, having facilities as located
on said exhibit.

ABSENT Councilman Hartzell; .Mayor Parker
