A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHOPI:LING AGR!:�SMENT RORR !NST4LLATION OF WATER LIN-
T11ROUGH ATCHIISCN, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY
RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS , the City of Redlands desires to install a water
line through the right.of.way of the Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Raiiway Company where it intersects with Calixornia
Street , Cross No. 2U-6. 3 ; and
WHEREAS , this facility is necessary for the proper operation
of the domestic water system ; and

has prepared an agreement authorizing this crossing ;
BE !T THEREFORE ND RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands does hereby approve this agreement and
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the same an
behalf of the City.
ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED this 18th day of march
1969.
