A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION
OF WATER LINE THROUGH SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPOR-
TATION COMPANY RIGHT-OF-WAY .
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands desires to install
a water line through the right-of-way of the
Southern Pacific Transportation Company where it
crosses Wabash Avenue at Engineer Sta. 310 + 82,
Mile Post BP-550.42 ; and
WHEREAS this facility is necessary for the proper
operation of the domestic water system; and
WHEREAS the Southern Pacific Transportation
Company has prepared an agreement authorizing
this crossing;
BE IT THEREFORE NOW RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Redlands does hereby approve this
agreement and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk
to sign the same on behalf of the City.
