A RESOLUTION OF TH-E CITY COUNCIL OF TlyaE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING AGR�ENIL;NT :OR INSTtiLLi-LTION OF WATER LINL;
THROUGH ATCHISON, TOPEKA AIND SAdNITA FF, RAILVJ?AY COMPAN-Y
RIGHT-OF-WAY, CROaSING NO. 2U-12.5, MENTONE.
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands desires to install a water
line through the right-of-way of the AtcPison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway Company wAere it intersects with
San Bernardino Avenue (Czo--;sing 2U-12.5) ; and
jyj-r--RzAs, this facility is necessary for the proper operation
oZ the domestic water system. ; and
NTHERSAs, the Atcnison, Topeka anu Santa Fe Railway Company
has prepared an agreement authorizing this crossing;
BE IT THEREFORE. NOW RESGLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands does here-by approve this agreement and
authorizes the 11-11ayor and City Clerk to sign the sane on
behalfof the City.
