A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AUTHOR-
IZING AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF A WATER PRESSURE REGULATING
STATION ON ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY RIGHT-
OF-WAY, MP 11 + 5266.4 ' AT MENTONE
WHEREAS , the City of Redlands desires to install a water
pressure regulating station on the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe
Railway Company where it intersects with Opal Avenue (MP 11 +
5266 .4 ' ) ; and
WHEREAS , this facility is necessary for the proper operation
of the domestic water system; and
WHEREAS , the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company
has prepared an agreement authorizing this installation;
BE IT THEREFORE NOW RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands does hereby approve this agreement and author-
izes the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the same on behalf of the
City.
ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED this 6th day of August, 1968.
