See. 25. DEPU61TS. The Water -Department requires a deposit
from applicants who have not established credit. The amount of this
deposit shall be $10.00 or a sum equal to three month 1 minimum for
service rendered, whichever is the highest. The deposit is refunded
at the end of one year without interest if the bill is paid in full;
or is refunded before that time if the customer orders the service
discontinued.

Meter rates for consumption of water in excess of minimum
amount, based upon the following rates; it being understood that
these amounts shall not be considered as blooks, but shall apply to

Irrigation Service
The irrigation rate for consumption in excess of 4000 cu. ft.
regardless of meter size shall be 4$ per 100 cu, ft,. inside 'kud 4j-g
per 100 cu. ft. outside and shall be applicable only to consumers
having forty or more edible fruit bearing trees or in excess of 3/4
acre under cultivqtion for commercial crops.
Wholesale to Irrigation Companies shall be at the prevailing
rate.
