A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AUTHORIZING
AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF WATER LINE THROUGH ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND
SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands desires to install a water line
through the right-of-way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company where it intersects with Church Street (Crossing 2U-9. 3) ; and
WHEREAS, this facility is necessary for the proper operation of
the domestic water system; and
WHEREAS, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company has
prepared an agreement authorizing this crossing;
BE IT THEREFORE NOW RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Redlands does hereby approve this agreement and authorizes the
Mayor and City Clerk to sign the same on behalf of the City.
ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED this 5th day of December, 1967 .
