A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redlands amending
Section One of Resolution No. 2927 , which established water rates .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands that
the water rates and charges billed effective on the 1st day of
January, 1975, shall be as follows :
SECTION ONE: Domestic, Commercial and Irrigation Water Rates .

(d) Minimum Charges . For the purpose of minimum charges as set
forth in (a) above : In the case of any multiple dwellings or units
served by a single metered connection, the minimum monthly charge shall
be the 54' x 3/471 rate multiplied by 80% of the number of units or
spaces depending on that connection for domestic water service. For
apartments , this would apply to each constructed dwelling unit . For
mobile home or trailer parks , this would apply to each unit space. For
developments with multiple individual dwellings , this would apply to
each separate dwelling unit ® For hotels , motels , or similar develop-
ments where cooking facilities are not a part of each unit , this does
not apply. To allow for high vacancy factors during the early years
of a multiple dwelling development , 50% of the units or spaces will
be charged for the first two years in the life of a development .
