HomeMy WebLinkAbout2218_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NCS© 2218 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, MENDING RESOLUTION NO.® 917 ESTABLISHING RATES AND CHARGES OF THE WATER DIVISION® THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ordains and resolves as follows: SECTION 1: That subsection (d) shall be added to Section V, to provide as follows: " (d) Residences built outside of the city limits of the City of Redlands which were given final inspection by the County of San Bernardino prior to December 4, 1956, and which have received a domestic water supply from the City of Redlands since December 4, 1956, may be granted separate water service connections not to exceed 1" in size, provided each of the following conditions have been met: 1. Payment of charges for new service installations as established by resolution of the City Council° 2 . Delivery to the City of water stock or rights acceptable to the City sufficient to insure delivery of four (4) miners inch days of water per month free and clear, with all assess- ments paid to date of delivery© 3 . Service facilities requested by the applicant must be in existence and determined to be adequate by the City. if adequate facilities are not available, they shall be provided at the expense of the applicant. All such facilities installed shall meet the standards and specifications of the City, 4,. That, when such prior service was started by the City of Redlands, all provisions of ordinances, resolutions, and rules and regulations and requirements of the City habeen complied with."
