HomeMy WebLinkAbout2551_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 2551 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING RATES AND CHARGES OF THE WATER DEPARTMENT AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2289 IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 1311 i BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands that the water rates and charges effective on or after the lst day of October, 1966, shall be as follows: SECTION ONE: Domestic, Commercial and Irrigation Water Rates . For the purpose of minimum charges as set forth in Section One, each separate meter connected to the water system shall be considered as a separate, individual consumer. SECTION THREE: Bills shall be computed bi-monthly. For the purpose of determining monthly consumption as set forth in Section One-- (b) , monthly consumption shall be considered as being one-half of bi-monthly consumption. SECTION SIX: System Construction Charge. A system construction charge shall be made for all new service connections unless the main to serve the property was installed to City Specifications by the party who owned the property at the time. The charge for a single family residence shall be $105.00. The charges for property other than single family residences shall be determined by the Water Divi- sion based on $1 . 50 per front foot with lots having more than one frontage side figured as one-half the sum of all frontage sides.
