A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
HOLDING IN ABEYANCE THE ACTION UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 3247
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3249
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands on the 6th
day of April, 1976 adopted Resolution No. 3247, a resolution of
the City Council establishing rates and charges of the Water Divi-
sion in accordance with Ordinance No. 1441 and rescinding Resolu-
tions No. 2927 and No. 3154, said resolution to be in effect as
of April 1, 1976; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council of the City
of Redlands that these proposed charges should be studied further
and Resolution No. 3249 was adopted to hold Resolution No. 3247
in abeyance until May 18, 1976, to allow further study; and
WHEREAS, it has since been determined that still further
study is necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redlands as follows :
Resolution No. 3249 is hereby rescinded and Resolution No.
3247 shall be held in abeyance until June 1, 1976.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1 t day, of May, 1976.
