RESOLUTION NO. 3249
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
HOLDING IN ABEYANCE THE ACTION UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 3247
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands on the
6th day of April, 1976 adopted Resolution No. 3247, a resolution
of the City Council establishing rates and charges of the Water
Division in accordance with ordinance No. 1441 and rescinding
Resolutions No. 2927 and No. 3154, said resolution to be in
effect as of April 1, 1976; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council of the
City of Redlands that these proposed charges should be studied
further;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redlands as follows :
Resolution No. 3247 shall be held in abeyance until the City
Council meeting of May 18, 1976 to allow further study of the
proposed water rate increase.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of April, 1976.
