BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Redlands purchase the hereinafter described
real properties, w0er rights and distributing System from Ava McGill Head
and Vienna McGill Maquet for the cash sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15 ,000-00) and that a City Warrant for said sum be issued to the Security
Title Insurance and Guarantee Company for said property, water rights and
distribution system, said transaction to be consummated through escrow in
the usual manner.
PARCEL I: Ust 46.00 feet of Lot 20, of Tract No. 1815, ZANJA,
VILLA TRACT, in the County of an Bernardino, State of California,
as per plat recorded. In Book 28 of Apo, Page 37, records of said
County.
