A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2481, DELETING BEAR VALLEY WATER
COMPANY FROM THE LIST OF ACCEPTABLE WATER SUPPLIERS
Wr'IEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Bear Valley Water
Company have proposed to divest the Bear Valley Water Company
of certain assets, and
WHEREAS, the deletion of any assets of the Company would
result in substantial increase in cost for water production,
and,
WHEREAS, this action by the Bear Valley Board of Directors
is not in the best public interest ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Redlands does hereby direct that the Bear Valley
Water Company be removed from the list of acceptable water
suppliers for the City of Redlands, pending a re-evaluation of
the remaining assets of the Bear Valley Water Company.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of February,
1967 .

duly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular
meeting held on the 7th day of February, 1967, by the fol-
lowing vote:
AYES : Councilmen Martinez, Hartzell, DeMirjyn, Mayor Burroughs
NOES : None
Abstained: councilman Cummings
ABSENT: None
