RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4440
TO CHANGE THE PRINCIPAL PROPERTY PRICE
AUTHORIZED THEREIN
WHEREAS, this City Council of the City of Redlands,
California, ( this "City Council" ) has heretofore adopted its
Resolution No. 4440 entitled "Resolution Approving Amendment
and Extension of Installment Sale Agreement Financing for
Young Men ' s Christian Association of Redlands and Approval
of Pertinent Documents" ; and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of said Resolution No. 4440
refers to the Principal Property Price authorized to be
included in an amendment to the Second Installment Sale
Agreement described therein as "$784, 305 . 29" ; and
WHEREAS, the Young Men' s Christian Association of
Redlands has indicated that it was the intention of the
parties that said amount be set at $800,000 and has
requested that this City Council take action to change the
amount previously approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Redlands as follows :
Section 1 . Section 2 of Resolution No. 4440
heretofore adopted by this City Council on the first day of
November , 1988 is hereby amended to delete "$784, 305 . 29"
shown therein and to substitute therefor "$800, 000" .
Section 2 . Except as hereinabove set forth said
Resolution No. 4440 shall remain in full force in effect as
originally adopted.
Section 3 . This Resolution shall take effect
upon adoption.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 16th day of May,
1989 .
