of 3.77 feet to the True Point of BEGINNING; thence South 890 24'

a distance of 103.76 feet to a point of cusp with a curve concave
Southerly and having a radius of 88.00 feet; thence Easterly along

feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northerly and
