REMOVAL AND VIDEO LOG SERVICES
This first amendment("First Amendment")to the agreement to provide well pump removal
and video log services dated December, 2015, (the "Agreement") by and between the City of
Redlands, a municipal corporation("City"), and Legend Pump and Well Service("Contractor"), is
made and entered into this 7th day of March, 2016.
RECITALS
WHEREAS,it is the desire of City and Contractor to amend sections 3.2(Period of Service)
and 4.1 (Payment)and"EXHIBIT"A""of the Agreement for the provision of additional services by
Contractor. City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1_ Section 3.2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
"3.2 Contractor shall complete the Services within one hundred twenty(120)calendar days from and
after the date of City's issuance to Contractor of the Notice to Proceed."
Section 2. Section 4.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.1 City shall pay Contractor the sum of Twenty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Nine
Dollars and Fifty Four Cents ($22,839.54) as complete compensation for the Services."
Section 3. EXHIBIT"A"of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Pull 377of turbine pump equipment consisting of 10" X 3" X 1-11116" oil-lube pump, suction
pipe consists of 80' of 10" Certalock PVC.NOTE: Chain link fence panel must be removed for
rig access.
Video log well. NOTE: Two copies of DVD and well data photo sheet shall be provided to City
of Redlands.
Recondition well equipment to bring wear ring, bowl bushing and shaft journal tolerances within
proper specifications.
Redesign bowl impellers for efficient energy consumption taking into account declining static
water levels.
Clear plugging from upper section of louvers and wire-brush well to remove encrustation and
nodules.

Furnish and install an additional 40' of 10" X 3" X 1-11/16" C, T & S. Pipe to be schedule 40
(.365" Wall).
Furnish and install new 1/4" SS airline x 417' banded every 2p' to column pipe with SS banding
& buckles.
Install 417'of turbine pump equipment with only one 20' perforated Certalock suction pipe,
chlorinate well volume to 200ppm. Restore the well site to its previous condition. Supply
installation sheet of current equipment installed."
Section.4. All other provisions, of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WETNESS W HEREOF,the parties have executed this First Amendment,to be effective as
of March 7, 2016.
