Being all that portion of Lot 13, Tract No. 11535 , , in the City of
Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of California, as shown
on the map recorded in Book 164, pages 31 and 32 of Maps , records
of said County, described as follows ;
BEGINNING at an iron pipe at the Northerly terminus of the Easterly
right-of-way line of 64.00 foot wide Idaho Street as shown on the
map of said Tract No. 11535; thence along the Northerly prolongation
of said right-of-way line North 0° 25 ' 26" West 89 .00 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave to the Southeast whose radius
is 17. 00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 90° 00 ' 00" an arc distance of 26. 70 feet; thence
North 890 34' 34" East 647. 20 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave to the North whose radius is 457.00 feet; thence
Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 2° 43 ' 50" an
