hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for public road
purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
A portion of Lots 10 and 11 of the Excelsior Tract, in the City of Redlands,
as per plat recorded in book 5 of Maps, page 40, records of said County, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Cajon Street where the boundary :Line
between said Lots 10 and ]➢ i:ntersect said Westerly line of Cajon Street; thence
Southeasterly along said Westerly line of Cajon Street, 48 feet; thence at right
angles Southwesterly 4 feet; thence at right angles Northwesterly 77 feet; thence at
right angles Northeasterly 4 feet to the Westerly line of Cajon Street; thence at
right angles Southeasterly along said. Westerly line of Cajon Street, 29 feet to the
point of beginning.
