1, Harold R. Hartw i ck, certify that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California;
That a survey was prepared under my supervision and direction in Parcel Map No. 8652
that sold pop 103 filed on October 10, 1984 , in Book 90 of Parcel Maps,
poge4) 34 / , in the office of the Recorder of the County of Son Bernardino;
That the follwing data shown on said Parcel Map is incorrect as:
1. The distance on the centerline of Oriental Avenue from the Northeast
corner of Parcel 3 Easterly to the found chiseled 'Y' in the pavement
is shown as 560.05' .
The correct distance should be 565.051 .
2. The distance on the centerline of Oriental Avenue from its
intersection with Texas Street Easterly to the found chiseled "+'t
in the pavement is shown as 972.62' .
The correct distance should be 977.621 ,
