The easement rights for water pipe lines and conduits used in the distribution of
water as acquired by the City of Redlands being created in reservation and deed
recorded in book "J" of Agreements page 504, records of San Bernardino County, to the
end that such rights will become merged in the fee ownership of said real property
and thereby extinquished in so far as that easement affects the following described
property:
Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 8223, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per plat recorded in book 90 of Parcel Maps, pages 96 and 97,
records of said County.
