GRANT OF EASEMENT
SAM PERRICONE and LOUIS ROMOFF, doing business as P & R Ranch Company; ROBERT
J. EADINGTON: THOMAS EADINGTON and LINDA J. EADINGTON; WALTER G. HOWALD;
RAYMOND KOSI and GWEN KOSI; FMK, INC., a California corporation; ROSSMORE
INVESTMENTS, a. California corporation; REDLANDS 27, Limited, a California limited
partnership.
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
grant to City of Redlands, a municipal corporation duly organized in accordance
with the laws of the State of California, the real property in the County of
San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
An easement for sanitary sewer facilities, pipelines and right-of-way purposes,
including the construction, maintenance, repair and use of said facilities
and pipelines, and ingress and egress, more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1 - 'SIEWER EASEMENT
That portion of the South one-half of the Northwest one-quarter and the North
one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of Section 15, and that portion of the
South one-half of the North one-half, and the North one-half of the South one-
half of Section: 16, Township 1 South, Range 3 West, S.B.M. , lying, within a.
strip of land along the following described line: the widths of said strip
of land being 8.00 feet dnd 10.00 feet as designated hereinafter;
Commencing aC the center of said Section 15;
Thence 5.00°00'35"E. along the North-South center section One of said Section
15, also being; the centerline of Orange Street, a distance of 9.13 feet to the
point of beginning of the centerline of said 10.00 foot strip of hand;
Thence S.89°59'25"W. , a distance of 70.00 feet;

Thence Westerly on a curve concave Northerly, hawing a radius of 200.00 feet,
through an angle of 06°46'12'°, an arc length of 23.63 feet;

EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within Orange Street as shown on Tract
9979 by map on file in Book 144 of Maps at pages 23 through 26 thereof,
Records of San Bernardino County, California.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within Texas Street and Domestic
Avenue (40.00 foot un-named road) as shown on the subdivision of tile South
one-half of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 16, Township 1 South, Range
3 West, S.B.M., by map on file in Book 13 of Maps at page 42 thereof, Records
of San Bernardino County, California.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within State Highway 30 as shown
on right of way map No. 196100 on file in the Office of the California Depart-

PARCEL'2 - TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
That portion of the South one-half of the Northwest one-quarter and the North-
