A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 6080 RELATING TO PROCUREMENT OF RECYCLED CONTENT
PRODUCTS
WHEREAS, on October 15, 2002, the City Council of the City of Redlands adopted
Resolution No. 6080 to authorize the procurement of recycled content products and supplies; and
WHEREAS, the City's current Purchasing Manager has recornznended the City Council
rescind Resolution No. 6080 and amend the City's Municipal Code to include a process for
procurement of recycled content materials and supplies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Sectionl. Resolution No. 6080 is hereby rescinded.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect on the effective date of City of Redlands
Ordinance No. 2829.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5t' day of April, 2016.
