Civic Center, 35 Cajon Street, on February 16, 2016, at 5:00 P.M.

STAFF N. Enrique Martinez, Executive Director; Dan McHugh, Agency Attorney; Sam
Irwin, Agency Secretary; Robert Dawes, Agency Treasurer; Tina Kundig,
Finance Director; and Oscar Orci, Development Services Director
Chairman Foster called the meeting to order and offered anyone present the
opportunity to address the Board on any subject on the closed session agenda.

CLOSED SESSION:
The meeting recessed to a closed session to discuss the following:
1. Conference with real property negotiator— Government Code §54956.8

Agency negotiators: N. Enrique Martinez, Oscar Orci
Negotiating party: Roger Thompson
Under negotiation: Terms and price for the purchase of Agency property
The meeting reconvened at 7:56 P.M.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT:
City Attorney McHugh announced no reportable action was taken by the Board
of Directors during closed session.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes — On motion of Mr. Harrison, seconded by Mr. James, the minutes of
the regular meeting on February 2, 2016 were unanimously approved.

NEW BUSINESS
Resolution No. 479 — Refunding Bonds — On motion of Mr. Harrison, seconded
by Ms. Gilbreath, the Board approved Resolution No. 479 approving the form of
a preliminary official statement, a bond purchase agreement, escrow
agreements and a continuing disclosure certificate in connection with Tax
Refunding Bonds, Series 2016A, and Taxable Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds,
Series 2016B, and authorizing certain other actions in connection therewith.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting of the Successor Agency to the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 7:58 P.M. The next regular meeting of
this Board will be held on March 1, 2016.
