This is to certify that the dedication conveyed by the within Instrument to the City
of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, is hereby accepted by order
of the City Council made on September 7, 1982 _ and the offeree consents to
the recordation thereof pursuant to'provisions of Chapter 12.7 of Division 7 of 'Title 1
of Government Code of the State of California.

A Declaration of Dedication for street right-of-way at
Declaration 1115 Tribune Street from Lawrence Gasswint as required
of "",by the Public Works Department to conform with the
Dedication ` street width as designated by the Master Plan of Streets
and Highways was unanimously accepted on motion of
Councilman Gorman, seconded by Councilman DeMirjyn.
On motion of Councilman Martinez, seconded by Councilman
League Gorman, Council unanimously designated Councilman Tim
Voting Johnson as the City' s voting representative at the annual
Delegate League of California Cities meeting scheduled for
October 17--20, 1982 .
The City Clerk was unanimously authorized to advertise
Baal Call for bids for renovation of the Redlands Bowl on motion
of Councilman DeMirjyn, seconded by Councilman Gorman.
Redlands Grant funds have been approved by the State of California
Bowl in the amount of $139, 356 and the remaining funds of
Renovation approximately $50, 500 will be used from the Park Tax
Fund.
Bid Call The City Clerk was unanimously authorized to advertise
for bids for the demolition of the old Arthur' s
Building Commercial Press building located on Fifth Street on
Demolition motion of Councilman Martinez , seconded by Councilman
DeMirjyn.
The City Clerk was unanimously authorized to advertise
for bids for the replacement of a rubble-rock box cul-
Bid Call vert in Citrus Avenue, 780 feet east of Wabash Avenue
on motion of Councilman DeMirjyn, seconded by Councilman
Rubble-Rock Martinez. The existing box culvert was damaged beyond
Box Culvert repair during installation of a water line; a new 36
inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe will be installed
in its place at an estimated cost of $8 , 600. 00 .
On motion of Councilman DeMirjyn, seconded by Councilman
Martinez, Council approved two Option "B" Contracts
Option "B" between the City and Jinn-Feng Lug and Chen Chin Yun
Contracts Lug, Weh-Chu and Kuo Chin--Yeh Chiu, George H. Lu and
Gloria K. Lu, Li Tseng and Hwant Liang Mei Tseng, and
the other contract in the name of J. J. Ramirez and
Amelia Ramirez .
On motion of Councilman DeMirjyn, seconded by Councilman
Martinez, claims in the names of Doris T. Jay and
Claims Southern California Edison Company in amounts yet to be
determined were unanimously found not to be proper
charges against the City and therefore rejected.
