For and in consideration of the benefits to be derived, and for other
valuable considerations, the undersigned,
REDLANDS COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, a non-profit corporation
Hereby grant(s) to the CITY OF REDLANDS, a municipal corporation in
the County of San. Bernardino, State of California, the following described
real property..
An easement for the use and benefit of the public in general an
easement for public road purposes over, under and across the
following described real property.
See attached Exhibit "A„p

This easement will terminate upon the construction and realignment
of Fern Avenue in accordance with the Precise Plan herein referenced. �n� �

by the within instrument to the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, are hereby accepted by order of
the City Council authorized December 7, 19£2 and the
offeree consents to the recordation thereof pursuant to provisions �

200.00 feet, said curve: being the centerline of said Bern Avenue

City of Redlands, and filed with the City Engineer; thence radially
North 55° 22" 00" Nest 27.00 feet to the Northerly right of way
of said Tern Avenue; thence Westerly on the right of way along a
concentric curve whose radius is 173.00 feet through a central
angle of 640 42" 30" an arc distance of 195.38 feet; thence North.

Southeast whose radius is 377.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along
