A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7522 RELATING TO THE
CITY'S SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY
EMPLOYEES (AMENDMENT NO�1)
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed under Ordinance No. 1089
to prepare, install, revise and inaintain a position classification and compensation plan
covering all positions in the competitive service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No. 7522 which
establishes a salary schedule and compensation plan for City Employees; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to amend Resolution No. 7522 to
reorganize the Cemetery division within the Quality of Life Department-,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS.
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby amends Resolution No.
7522 as follows.
