AGENDA ITEM FOR Council. Meeting of March 16 , 1982 SUBMITTED BY J. A. Donnelly Public Works Department SUBJECT : Quitclaim Deed - Gerald J. Helfrich and Helen M. Helfrich EXPLANATION: On April 1 , 1980 , the City Council approved Resolution No . 3665 . Resolution No . 3665 is the vacation of Eighth Street between Stuart Avenue and A.T. & S . F . Railroad. Section Three of Resolution No . 3665 retained an easement for public utilities in Eighth Street . There are no public utilities in Eighth Street . Mr . Helfrich has tentative approval for C .R.A. #456 . One of the Planning Department conditions , prior to final approval , is for Pyr. Helfrich to revert to acreage by Parcel Map both lots of record and street vacation (Eighth Street) . In order to record the Parcel Map , the Title Company wants the easement in Eighth Street cleared. Request that the City Council approve a quiclaim deed quitclaiming an easement in Eighth Street to Gerald J. and Helen 3I. Helfrich. (supporting material to be attached)
