hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for public road
purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
'That portion of Lot 38, Block 77, Rancho San Bernardino, according to the Map of
East Redlands as recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 47 in the office of the County
Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
The South 14;00 feet of the East 135.00 feet of the following described property:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Sub Lot 1, of said Lot 38; thence along
the northerly line of said Sub Lot 1, North 68' 54, East 49.9 feet; thence South
