Wireless Service Facility Land Lease Agreement dated November 19, 2002 ("Lease")
Consent for Subleasing-Verizon Wireless (Oak Grove)
Dear Mr. Wittman,
Pursuant to an agreement between T-Mobile West Tower, LLC ("T-Mobile") and CCTMO LLC ("'CCTMO'"),
CCTMO manages and operates the tower site that is subject to the Lease on behalf of T-Mobile.
CCTMO is a Crown Castle company. CCTMO and its affiliates and subsidiaries own and operate shared
wireless communication facilities.
In order to better serve the public and minimize the amount of towers in an area where this property is
located CCTMO plans to sublease to Verizon, The sublease will not alter the character or use of the site
nor will it change the nature of either T-Mobile's or CCTMO's occupancy of the site as subject to the
conditions set forth in Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") No. 774.
T-Mobile has authorized CCTMO to contact you and', request consent to the subletting of ground and
tower space. Pursuant to Paragraph 6 of the Lease, T-Mobile is required to obtain your consent, which
consent cannot be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. Therefore, CCTMO, on behalf of T-
Mobile, respectfully requests your consent to this subleasing.
As used in this letter, the term "sublease" shall include any arrangement by which a third party can
install and operate its equipment on the property subject to the Lease,
