SERVICES
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement to provide service and repairs dated
May 5, 2015 (the "Agreement"),by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation
("City") and TLC Landscape Services, Inc. ("Contractor") is made and entered into this 21St day
of June 2016.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically Section 5.1 to amend the payment term of the agreement, and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically Exhibit B, incorporating two additional annexations.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 5.1 Section 5.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to identify the
Contractor's compensation and shall read as follows:
"5.1 The total compensation for Contractor's performance of the Services shall be in the amount
of Fifty Two Thousand Sixty Four Dollars ($52,064)."
Exhibit B Exhibit B of the Agreement is hereby amended to identify the Contractor's
responsibility for two additional annexations and shall read as follows:
Receive Purchase Order from the City June 1, 2015
Begin Servicing CFD's June 20, 2015
Original CFD 2004-01 5"and Wabash June 20, 2015
Annexation 4 June 21, 2015
Annexation 5 June 22, 2015
Annexation 9 June 23, 2015
Annexation 14 July 1, 2016
Annexation 12B July 1, 2016

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be
effective as of June 2 1, 2016.
