ABSENT: Paul Foster, Mayor
STAFF: Enrique Martinez, City Manager; Dan McHugh, City Attorney; Sam Irwin, City
Clerk; Carl Baker, Public Information Officer; Chris Boatman, Quality of Life
Director; Amy Martin, Human Resources Director
Mayor Pro Tem Harrison called the meeting to order and offered those present the
opportunity to provide public comment on any item on the agenda for the closed
session.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
None forthcoming
CLOSED SESSION:
The meeting recessed to a closed session to discuss the following:
1. Conference with legal counsel: Existing Litigation - Government Code
§54956.9(4)(1) - One Case
a. Christine Smith v. City of Redlands et al, San Bernardino Superior Court Case
No. CIVDS 1311312
CLOSED SESSION REPORT:
City Attorney McHugh announced that no reportable action would be taken by the
City Council during the closed session.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to address, the open session portion of the meeting
was adjourned to the next regular meeting of the Redlands City Council scheduled at
5:00 P.M. on June 21, 2016.
