FOR THE PROVISION OF CUSTODY SERVICES
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement dated May 19, 2015 (the
"Agreerrient") by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation("City"), and G4S Secure
Solutions ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 21" day of June, 2016.
.RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire ofCityand Consultant to arnend Article 5 (Payments to Consultant),
of the Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows.
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Article 5 of the Agreement, entitled "Payment to Consultant,"is hereby amended
to read as follows:
-5.1 The total compensation of the consultant's performance of the Services shall not exceed
the amount of One Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($128,225)
annually for the term of this Agreement. City shall pay Consultant on a time and materials basis up to
the not to exceed amount based upon the hourly rates shown in Exhibit "C." Exhibit "C" is attached
hereto and incorporate herein by reference."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this First Amendment,to be effective as of
June 21, 2016,
