A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
PROVIDING FOR AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON ALL ACCOUNTS HELD
WITH, UNION BANK, N.A. AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 7332
WHEREAS, Union lank, N.A. is the authorized depository of City funds: and
WHEREAS, Union Bank, N.A. requires a resolution by the City Council of the City of
Redlands authorizing designated account signers; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following City Officers and staff shall be the authorized signers on all City
accounts, warrants, checks or orders with.Union Bank, N.A.:
Robert Dawes, City Treasurer
Tina T. Kundig, Finance Director
Farrah Jetmer, Assistant Finance Director
Karin A. Grance, Revenue Manager
Section 2. Resolution No. 7332 is hereby rescinded.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of July, 2016.
